How to Update Shiprocket API Credentials in EcoReturns
This article explains how to get API access from Shiprocket dashboard and add it to EcoReturns.
Follow these steps to update your Shiprocket API credentials and ensure smooth integration with EcoReturns:
Step 1: Log in to Shiprocket
- Go to your Shiprocket dashboard.
- Navigate to Settings → API Users.

Step 2: Update the Active API User
- Find the active API user currently connected with EcoReturns.
- Click the Update option next to that user.

Step 3: Verify Access Permissions
Make sure the selected API user has access to all modules to ensure full functionality with EcoReturns.

Step 4: Update API User IP and Password
- Check the box for “Update Password.”
- In the Allowed IP field, add this IP address (104.196.109.111):
- Refer to the example screenshot for guidance.
- Click Save to apply the changes.

Step 5: Retrieve and Update Credentials
- You’ll receive new API credentials via email (this may take a few minutes).
- Once received, go to EcoReturns → Integration → Shiprocket and update the credentials there.

Step 6: Verify QC Parameters
Ensure you have selected the correct QC parameters in EcoReturns according to your Shiprocket configuration.
