How to Submit a Return on Behalf of a Customer in EcoReturns?

If a customer is unable or unwilling to submit a return themselves, merchants can use the Return Portal to initiate the return request on the customer's behalf.

You can use your store's EcoReturns Return Portal to initiate a return as if you were the customer.

STEPS:

  1. Go to the Return Portal
    Navigate to your store’s return portal.
  2. Enter Customer's Order Details
    Use:
    • The Order ID from the customer’s original order.
    • The Email Address the customer used during checkout.
  3. Proceed with the Return
    • Initiate Return by clicking on "Continue" button.
    • Select the item(s) to return or exchange.
    • Choose the appropriate reason and method (return or exchange).
    • Complete the submission.
