How to integrate Shiphero for label generation?

Steps to follow:

Follow the below steps to integrate Easypost in EcoReturns for label generation:

1. Login to your EcoReturns dashboard
2. Click on Integrations under Settings
3. Look for Shiphero integration in the list and click on Connect
4. You will see a form where we need some details for successful integration.
5. Steps to obtain ShipHero refresh token:

   • In the ShipHero admin, go to My Account > Developer Users.

   • Ensure that the email address used for the refresh token is the same email address used for EcoReturns

   • Click the Edit button for the chosen user to see the refresh token.

     

   • Copy and paste the refresh token into the ShipHero Refresh Token field in EcoReturns

6. Obtain the warehouse ID as well from Shiphero and paste it into Warehouse ID field in EcoReturns
7. Click on Login and integrate Shiphero with EcoReturns
