How to customise your Return portal?

Introduction

In today’s e-commerce environment, enabling returns and exchanges is a crucial factor to build trust & loyalty in customers for brands. A return portal is an extension of your brand, and customizing its text and color theme ensures a seamless, on-brand customer experience. Consistent branding across all touchpoints, including the return process, reinforces trust and professionalism while enhancing customer engagement.

With EcoReturns, brands can personalize the return portal’s text, messaging, and color theme to align with their unique identity. Whether it’s adjusting language to match your brand’s tone or selecting colors that reflect your aesthetic, customization helps create a cohesive and user-friendly return experience.

Steps to follow

1. Go to Return Portal page under Settings.

2. Scroll below to the Return portal customization section.

3. In this section you will be able to customize the text displayed on the shopper portal page-wise.

4. Modify the text according to your branding and click on Save for the changes to be visible on your return portal

5. If you want to modify the color theme of the buttons displayed on your return portal, click on Theme color on top right and choose your brand color. You can also enter the HEX custom code of your brand color.

6. Once you have chosen the theme color you can click on Save for the changes to reflect on your return portal.
