In EcoReturns, return requests that are in 'Open' status can be converted into exchange requests. This guide walks you through the steps required to complete this process using the EcoReturns dashboard.
Step 1: Open the Return Request
Navigate to the 'Returns' section in your EcoReturns dashboard. Find the return request that you want to convert. Ensure the status is 'Open'.
Step 2: Click on "Convert to Exchange"
If the request is eligible, you will see the 'Convert to Exchange' button on the top. Click this button to start the exchange process.
Step 3: Select Variant for Exchange
In the modal that appears, select the variant you wish to exchange with.
Step 4: Confirm Exchange Conversion
Click on 'Convert to exchange request' and confirm the action in the pop-up window.
Step 5: Confirmation
You will now see a confirmation message. The request will be updated from Return to Exchange.
