How can I create a company or group account to invite my colleagues

Step 1: Create a Company or Group Account

  1. Log in to the Saara AI Dashboard
    Navigate to https://agents.Saara.ai and sign in with your admin credentials.

  2. Access the Organization Settings
    From the dashboard, locate the user menu ( personal ) in the top-left corner. Click on the menu and select + Create Organization

  3. Create a New Organization

    • Fill the name of the Organization  or Its unit in the popup.

    • Click on Create Company Organization as below

       

  4. Verify Organization Creation
    Once saved, the new organization will appear in the Top left menu and it will be selected.


Step 2: Invite Colleagues to the Organization

  1. Navigate to the Users Section
    On the top right corner click on the icon and then Manage team. You will see a section like this. 

  2.  Click on the Invite User tab to invite team members by their email id. 

  3. Add a New User

    • Click Send Invite after filling in a valid email id.

    • Note: You can only add one user at a time.

    • Click Add User or Invite.

  4. Send Invitations

    • After adding a user, Saara AI will send an email invitation to the colleague with a unique link and temporary password.

    • The invitation link may expire depending on prevailing policies.

    • If users encounter issues receiving the email, advise them to check their spam folder.

  5. Verify User Addition

    • You will see following a user has been invited
    • Once users accept the invitation, cancel invite will disappear.
